"The body is innately designed to heal itself. Naturopathy can help this happen. I’ve seen it in myself, I’ve seen it in my clients, and I want you to see it in yourself.”
What I believe
Like you, I’ve had my share of hormonal health challenges (which is a polite way of saying I’ve been through hell, too).
I’ve also experienced firsthand how naturopathy can help heal.
I’ve made it my mission to break down the barriers around hormone and vulvo-vaginal health. I’m passionate about helping women be in tune with their bodies; to understand the benefits of their hormones, and to love their menstrual cycles. Yes, it is possible!
As a qualified practitioner, I combine clinical research with traditional naturopathic principles to help you nail those hormonal issues. For good.
This may mean diet and lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, mind-body care - or a combination of things.
Every woman is unique, and every woman needs a personalised, practical treatment plan that works.
Together, we’ll figure out what’s going on with your hormones and how you can feel happy and healthy - just like you deserve to be.

My story
From adolescence, I hated my period and my hormones. I experienced painful and heavy periods, painful bowel movements, and bloating. In my 30's, after multiple misdiagnoses, infertility, and generally being dismissed, I fought for answers. I was diagnosed with endometriosis.
My personal health journey led me to holistic medicine and sparked my passion for naturopathy. I’ve since learned to appreciate my menstrual cycle and the innate wisdom of my body, and I’ve turned my experience into something that can help other women.
I'm now an advocate for women's health, the benefits of hormones, natural menstrual cycles, and period education.
The fun stuff
I'm wife to Leigh, a dog mum, avid traveller, ocean lover, book-worm, foodie, nutrition and health nerd, and self-proclaimed period queen.
My values
An integrative
approach
I consciously combine traditional naturopathic principles with the latest clinical research and functional testing.
Practical and considered
I take a unique approach to every client because personalised, practical, and realistic plans create sustainable results.
Educate to empower
Long-term results come from empowering women with knowledge so they are the expert of their own body.
A Holistic, Personalised, Evidence-based Approach That Achieves Results

Step 1: Clarity & Connection
Your journey starts with a comprehensive initial consultation where we explore your full health story—your symptoms, cycle, lifestyle, and history. We may also discuss relevant functional testing to uncover what’s happening beneath the surface.

Step 2: Personalise
Based on your unique needs, I create a tailored treatment plan using nutrition, lifestyle strategies, evidence-based herbal medicine, and targeted nutraceuticals. This plan is designed to address the root cause—not just the symptoms.

Step 3: Support & Adjust
Ongoing support is key. In follow-up sessions, we track your progress, review test results if applicable, and adjust your plan as needed—ensuring each step brings you closer to lasting hormone balance and vitality.
